There are two levels of membership:

1.         Basic Membership is a level of membership without membership fee and having the following benefits:

a.         Will receive ACP-DFW emails and newsletters;

b.         Will receive emails from ACP-DFW email group;

c.         Will be able to post meaningful email on ACP-DFW email group;

d.         Will be able to attend ACP-DFW annual meetings;

e.         Will be able to attend ACP-DFW organized professional development and network activities;

f.         Will be able to have opportunity to participate in numerous ACP-DFW organized social activities;

g.         Will have the opportunity to communicate and exchange constructive, professional messages through ACP-DFW e-mail group;

h.          Basic members are not eligible to vote or to be voted at any ACP-DFW meetings.

2.         Privileged membership is another level of membership with membership fee. There are four types of Privileged Memberships:

a.         Regular Privileged Member with a $15 annual membership fee; fulltime student with a $5 annual membership fee;

b.         Corporation Privileged Member ¨C Membership through corporate memberships;

c.         Lifetime Privileged Member with a $100 membership fee once for lifetime;

d.         Honorary Privileged Member ¨C Entitled by ACP-DFW Board.

3.         Regular Privileged Members and Lifetime Privileged Members have the following benefits:

a.       Will have all Basic Members¡¯ benefits;

b.       Will have voting rights at ACP-DFW annual meetings and ACP-DFW emergency meetings;

c.       Will be eligible to be elected as ACP-DFW officials;

d.       Will be eligible to be appointed as ACP-DFW project leaders and/or managers;

e.       Will have membership card;

f.       Will be able to attend ACP-DFW organized professional seminars, workshops, special events and international symposium free of charge unless specified otherwise;

f.       Will have the opportunity to promote and access trade & economic, science & technology, cultural & educational programs through ACP-DFW networks;

g.       Will get discount at the following places and activities by showing the membership card or log in ACP-DFW website as Privileged Member:

1)        Get discount at ACP-DFW sponsors' services and certain restaurants;

2)       Get discount at ACP-DFW organized activities such as monthly dance party and so on;

h.      Will be able to login to ACP-DFW "For Privileged Members Only" website;

i.       Will be able to edit and publish his/her own profile at the ACP-DFW website;

j.       Will be able to view ACP-DFW membership directory;

k.      Will be able to apply ACP-DFW Education Scholarship for his/her own children;

l.       Will be counted in ACP-DFW meetings that require quota;

m.     When moved out of DFW Metropolitan, Privileged Member will be automatically degraded to Member.

4.         Corporation Privileged Member and Honorary Privileged Member have all the benefits as Regular Privileged Member unless specified as the followings:

a.       Honorary Privileged Members have one year membership term;

b.      Corporation Privileged Member and Honorary Privileged Member will be eligible to vote, but will not be eligible to be voted.
